All units are for purchase only. Once you buy, you own it outright and can customize it to fit your needs.
Why isn’t pricing listed directly on the website?
Pricing varies by unit size, location, and availability. We provide pricing upon request so you get the most accurate, up-to-date information.
What’s the price range for the units?
Units start in the low six figures, with mezzanines, restrooms, and other upgrades available. Typical range: $175,000–$250,000.
Do you offer financing options?
Yes—many buyers use commercial or condo loans. For qualified buyers: 20-year fixed at ~7%.
Are there condo fees? What do they cover?
Estimated $75/month. Covers common area maintenance, exterior upkeep, landscaping, snow removal, insurance, and security.

Units are delivered as a high-quality shell with utilities and a heater, ready for your finishes. Optional upgrades such as restrooms, mezzanines, and lifts are available.
Can I install a car lift?
Yes—owners may install lifts. A premium 4-post lift option (Dannmar D4-9X) is available as an installed upgrade, featuring a 9,000 lb capacity and 198” extended runways. Full details are listed in the A La Carte Options section.
What uses are permitted?
Intended for RV storage. Small business use allowed with acknowledgment of no visitor parking and no retail sales.
Is overnight living allowed?
No—units are not zoned for residential living.
