Groundbreak at 2510 Canada Drive. Site cleared, graded, and initial work underway across the full property.
Foundation Begins Complete
Footings poured, retaining walls formed, and commercial-grade concrete slabs underway for Buildings A and C.
Buildings Going Up Complete
Steel framing erected across the full site. The footprint of all three buildings visible from the air for the first time.
Buildings A & C Progress Complete
Structural work advancing on A and C. Exterior panels and roofing taking shape.
Continued Progress Complete
Interior work underway. First look inside a completed storage unit — utilities, walls, and epoxy floors taking shape.
Garage Doors & Building B Complete
